         Vow Renewal or Elopement Packages    

 Sunday afternoon/evening - $500

  • ​Use of outdoor venue for 2 hours

  • Tables and Chairs

  • Up to 20 guests 

        

Additional Services Available:

  • Officiant - $100

  • Event Coordinator -  $200   Will assist with rehearsal and wedding ceremony coordination

  • Bar Charge (required if you plan to serve alcohol) - $300.00 Includes a bartender. Client will provide all alcohol for guest consumption.  Guests are not allowed to BYOB. ** Alcohol will be served after the ceremony up to an hour before departure. ** 

  • Food Handlers/Servers - $50 per server (2 hours)

  • Sound Technician - $100 (4 hours)

  • Decorations, Tablecloths and Centerpieces - Price varies depending on type


Basic Package "DIY Wedding"   

Saturday - $3,000

Friday and Sunday - $2,400
Monday - Thursday - $2,200
Packages include:
  • ​Access to facility from 9 am - 12:00 am

  • Use of tables and chairs

  • Use of both indoor and outdoor venues

  • 2 hours for rehearsal at an agreed upon time

  • 2 hours on premises for Bridal/Engagement Photo Shoot

  • Use of kitchen

  • Central heat & air

** Renter is responsible for set up and breakdown of tables and chairs as well as cleanup after event. 

*Dance at the Ranch       $2,000

Package Includes:

  • Use of the indoor venue from 9:00 AM - Midnight. 30 Minutes for cleanup

  • ​Tables and chairs

  • Central heat & air

  • Use of indoor sound system

*Wedding Packages -  $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due at the time of booking, half due 60 days prior to event and remaining balance due 30 days prior to event. 

**Party Packages - 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due at the time of booking and remaining balance due the day of event.
